Summer 2025 Internship at Red Light Management

As I wrap up my second summer interning at Red Light Management, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who made this experience so meaningful.

This summer, I had the privilege of working once again with Griffin Schwab, assisting in the management of Stolen Gin, LA LOM, Christian McBride, and more. I was fortunate to take on expanded responsibilities, including pitching clients for tour support and press opportunities, shadowing at festivals and concerts, booking hotels and transportation, creating merch sales reports, identifying unique performance venues and conducting social media audits.

A few highlights from the summer include attending Gov Ball NYC alongside the Stolen Gin team as well as working a LA LOM show—where I oversaw soundcheck and venue operations, sold merch, and assisted the band throughout the night.

I’m especially grateful to Griffin, Dorothy Hamilton, and Lauren Azevedo for trusting me with these opportunities and providing such consistent support and guidance. I’d also like to thank the many inspiring managers and the wider Red Light team for sharing their knowledge and experiences—I’m walking away with insights I’ll carry throughout my career.

I’m truly thankful for this chapter and excited for the journey ahead as I complete my final semester at the University of Miami!
